Party Packages
Details
- We have 2 party rooms in Lexington
- For PRIVATE parties, book BOTH rooms (Nerf & Tag Wars require private parties)
- All parties are 2 hours long
- You can extend your party by a 1/2 hour for an extra $40
Billing
- $50 deposit/room payable at time of booking to hold your time slot
- Paid online via Credit Card; gets deducted from final bill
- Balance is due at the time of the party
Accommodations
- You are welcome to bring food, drinks, cake, utensils/cups, decorations, and anything else you'd like.
- You will have a table to setup on and chairs/couches for guests
- You are welcome to come a maximum of 15 minutes early to start setting up
- Please be cleaned up by 15 minutes after so our staff can clean the facility before the next party.
Available Timeslots
- Thursdays & Fridays: 5-7pm (shared w/open gym), 7-9pm
- Saturdays: 11-1pm, 1:30-3:30pm, 4:30-6:30pm, 7-9pm
- 4:30-6:30pm (shared party during open gym, no NERF)
- Sundays: 11-1pm, 1:30-3:30pm, 6-8pm
- Weekdays/Holidays: By request, call us (866) 923-5569, ext 1
**You'll be transferred to our MindBody system to book your party, sign the waiver, and pay the deposit to secure your spot. Your deposit will be deducted from the total balance.
Nerf Package - Specific Info
- There is a cap on participants of 40. You are welcome to bring your own guns but not ammunition unless you'd like to leave the ammunition behind as a donation to the gym.
- The format is free play for 1/2-hour, battles and games are facilitated by an instructor for one hour, and then free play (or cake/presents) for 1/2-hour. You're welcome to adjust this format with your instructor.
- If you're doing the Nerf Wars please understand that we only allow children 7 & up to participate in the Nerf games. We will allow exceptions for up to 5 younger siblings to play as long as they're over 5 yrs old. Children under five must be supervised at all times by adults and are not included in the participant headcount

Party Invitations
We have custom party invitations available for sale for $0.50 per invitation. Please purchase at the front desk at the gym anytime during our open hours. We accept cash or credit cards when picking up.
Party Favors
Urban Ninja wristbands - $2 each. They make great party favors. Kids and adult sizes. Please purchase at the front desk at the gym during our open hours. We accept cash or credit cards when picking up.
Gluten Free Cakes & Pizzas
We've teamed up with Gluten Free Miracles to offer healthier options when it comes to food and treats for your events. They offer delicious, locally crafted cakes, cupcakes, pizzas, and more. They cater to many allergen needs and offer custom baking to meet any dietary restrictions.
A portion of the proceeds from each order will go towards supporting the Urban Ninja mission. Please order directly through Gluten Free Miracles via their website or by calling 859-278-8888. Orders will need to be picked up at their location. www.glutenfreemiracles.com
Refunds
In case of a cancellation, full refunds will be provided up to 14 days before the event date with an email to [email protected]. Refunds within 14 days of party will be refunded if another party is booked in the time slot being cancelled.
